Step 1:
On the main menu click either Bare-shaft pumps or pump spares.

Step 2:
Select the appropriate model e.g. PCK, SCK, MNK etc.

Step 3:
Click on the item required e.g. 25-160, 100 Housing.

Step 4:
Alternatively, use the search function to find a part by either description, Chemquip product code, ISO designated part name and/or number, or the equivalent Richter Ident No. (*) (Chemquip Ltd. is no longer associated nor a distributor for ITT RichterŪ, a unit of ITT Industries Inc. Any name, brand, model or part number is for identification purpose only. Our parts will fit other manufacturer's pump to our highest standards).

Step 5:
Scroll through to the requisite item, type in the quantity required, click on 'Add to Shopping Cart'.

Step 6:
The details of the items you have just specified will be shown in your shopping cart before you are returned to the catalogue to continue shopping, once you have finished selecting items click on 'Cart' to proceed to your shopping cart.

Step 7:
At the 'Cart' make sure the quantities and part numbers are correct, then click on 'Checkout' and select the shipping destination.

Step 8:
Fill in your invoicing and VAT details and choose the preferred method of delivery.

Step 9:
Select payment method i.e. credit card (using the completely secure transaction facility) or on account.
|
Step 10:
Confirm the receipt and invoice details. Up until this point you have only compiled a quotation and your details will not be recorded until you confirm the order.

Step 11:
If all the details are correct click on 'Done' to place your order.
|
Step 12:
A detailed order confirmation will be emailed to you prior to order commencement.

Step 13:
When the goods are despatched you will be notified by email.
